Vessel Publishing Policies

1. Overview: Users of the Vessel platform may, at their discretion, choose to make certain content they create or control, such as documents, templates, websites, forms, and surveys ("Published Content"), publicly available through the Vessel platform.

 

2. Compliance with Publishing Policies: All Published Content must adhere to the standards and guidelines outlined in the Vessel Publishing Policies, as may be updated from time to time. 3. Grant of License: By publishing content on the Vessel platform, you grant Vessel a perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable, and sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Reproduce, electronically distribute, transmit, perform, display, store, and archive the Published Content.

• Create derivative works from, modify, use, sell, import, and otherwise distribute the Published Content under all applicable laws. This license also extends to allowing Vessel to permit others to engage in similar uses.

 

4. User Responsibilities:

• Content Ownership: You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the Content you submit.

• Content Accuracy and Legality:You are solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Vessel does not endorse any Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Vessel expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content.

• No Confidentiality: You understand that any Content you submit for publication will be accessible to others, and there should be no expectation of privacy or confidentiality.

 

5. Amendments to Publishing Policies: Vessel reserves the right to modify these Publishing Policies at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified policies on the Vessel platform. We recommend that you review these policies periodically for any changes.

 

6. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Vessel platform and electing to publish Content, you agree to be bound by these Publishing Policies. If you do not accept these terms, do not publish or submit any content to or through the Vessel platform.
