How to Add a New Account (Premium)

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  • Open your browser and go to your Vessel Smart Assessments Platform

  • Log in to your account.

  • Enter your password and then click Login



Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

Once logged in, go to the main menu at the left of the page.

  • Click on "Accounts" to open your account list.


Step 3: Add a New Account

In the Account Settings page, select "Add Account." on the right




Step 4: Fill in the required information:

  1. Name: Enter the full name of the new account.

  2. Assessment Type, title or name and close date.

  3. Add an Email Address: Enter the email address for the new account.

  4. Once you’ve filled out all the information, click "Save".


Step 5: Confirm the New Account

After saving, the new user will receive an invitation email.

The email will confirm that their profile has been saved, and provide a link to create a password and log in. (For premium accounts)


The new user should follow the instructions in the email to set up their password and complete the login process.
