How to Send Automated Reminders for Incomplete Assessments

To send automatic reminders for incomplete assessments, follow these steps:


Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  • Open your browser and go to your Vessel Smart Assessments Platform.

  • Log in to your account by entering your email and password.

  • Click the Login button.

Step 2: Navigate to Assessments

  • Once logged in, locate the main menu on the left side of the page.

  • Click on "Assessments" to open your list of assessments.




Step 3: Select an "In Progress" Assessment

  • Find and click on an assessment marked as In Progress or Ready for Review.

    Note: Reminders can only be sent for assessments that are "in progress".


Step 4: Access the Summary Section

  • In the selected assessment, you will be in Summary section by default.

  • Scroll down to locate the Share Assessments section.


Here, you will see a list of emails associated with the assessment along with the "Send" button.

Step 5: Send the Reminder

  • Click on the Send button next to the corresponding email.

  • Confirm the action to send the reminder.
