Vessel Promotes Molly Lenty to President and Johanna Oseland to Chief Operating Officer

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder Derik Ellis shared that Molly Lenty has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer to President and Co-Founder, and Johanna Oseland has been promoted from Director of Client Success to Chief Operating Officer.

Molly joined Vessel as COO and Co-Founder in 2023 and has been instrumental in scaling operations and driving strategic alignment with the company’s mission to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and supply chain resilience. With more than 25 years of executive experience in corporate banking, public relations, and community leadership, she brings deep insight into the needs of small and midsize businesses - the backbone of the American economy. As President and Co-Founder, Molly will continue shaping Vessel’s strategic direction and partner engagement efforts nationwide.

Johanna joined Vessel earlier this year as Director of Partner Success, where her operational

expertise and engineering background quickly elevated company systems and partner processes. Her career includes consulting and project management for organizations such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Frito-Lay. With strong experience in change management, process design, and cross-functional leadership, Johanna now steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer to lead Vessel’s expanding operations and implementation efforts.
