Johanna comes to us with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in IT Project Management. She has worked with prominent organizations such as the City of Seattle, Columbia Bank, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Frito Lay. Her expertise doesn’t just stop there; she effectively incorporates change management, operational leadership, and CRM implementations for global clients.

Johanna excels at building strong cross-functional relationships. Her collaborative style helps influence teams, driving consensus to meet deadlines and business objectives. Academic Background
Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University. She also earned her Master of Business Administration with a finance emphasis from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Moreover, she is a certified Agile Scrum Master and holds a PMP certification.
Community Involvement
Outside of her professional life, Johanna loves to give back to the community. She serves in various community organizations, including IP4G (Idaho Partners for Good). Additionally, she is a ski instructor for BASE (Boise Adaptive Snowsports Education). You can often find her enjoying the Boise foothills trails, either biking or hiking.
