Boise, Idaho - We’re excited to announce the addition of Jesse Oliver as Business Development Manager at Vessel. With over 10 years of experience in driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading recruitment strategies, Jesse brings a proven track record. His expertise aligns perfectly with Vessel's mission to enhance the reshoring of U.S. manufacturing.
A Proven Track Record of Success
Most recently, Jesse worked at Tamarack Recruiting. There, he led business development efforts focused on IT and Accounting roles. He managed the full sales lifecycle. This included identifying and qualifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and aligning recruiting efforts with client hiring demands. With deep expertise in platforms like HubSpot, Jesse ensured consistent pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and sales team alignment.

Building Strong Relationships
In previous roles as an Account Executive and Recruiting Manager, Jesse built and optimized CRM systems. He established scalable outreach processes and consistently exceeded performance targets. His strategic use of market-focused outreach and candidate-first sales approaches helped drive billing growth from $500K to $1.5M in under two years.
Earlier in Jesse’s career, he excelled at Paylocity. He quickly advanced to Team Leader, known for his consistency in setting meetings and authentic outreach volume.
At Vessel, Jesse will lead business development efforts across key manufacturing accounts. He will work closely with our product and customer success teams. His goal is to drive adoption, expand partnerships, and align our solutions with the evolving needs of the industry.

When not working, you can find Jesse spending time with friends. He enjoys visiting breweries, hiking trails, or snowboarding. Jesse loves the outdoors and cherishes moments with his wonderful wife, Alexia, and their border collie-Australian shepherd, Alpine.
